So You're a Homeowner

The first steps to a beautiful, functional design are simple: listen and observe. 

Listen to you.  Listen to your family.  Listen to not only what you want, but what you don’t.  Observe your space, observe what works and what doesn’t work. Observe your reactions to our initial ideas.  

With your input, SoensCAD will create custom designs for you. And if the design doesn't work for everybody in the home? It's not the right design, but don't fret! We will keep working until we find the plans you love.

Which is why full color renderings are such an important part of the process to make sure you know exactly what you're getting. By the time we're done, you will have full construction drawings and colored renderings that belong to you.
